During my recent visit, I was impressed with the comfortable room that had everything I needed and a lovely breakfast that set me up for a day of exploring. the hotel’s proximity to beautiful spots like Solitude Park and the FE McWilliam Gallery really made my weekend strolls enjoyable and easy.

The stay was quite charming, with a cozy Superior Family Room. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room, which was filled with a variety of delicious options. Having our two dogs with us was a bonus, as the hotel made them feel welcome.

In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

Just had an amazing 4-night getaway with a group of friends! We explored the stunning Belfast Empire Music Hall and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The meals at the hotel were delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, make sure to check the heating in your room, as it can get a bit stuffy if it’s turned on overnight.

The new menu offers a variety of satisfying dishes, making meals enjoyable in a pleasing setting.

The bathroom conditions in room 3 were quite disappointing—a lack of cleanliness with tiles and mold affecting the experience. I found the furniture dated and not well-maintained, with dust in corners and cobwebs in the ceiling lights. the room layout was inconvenient. the window's stick-on plastic made it hard to enjoy the view, and there weren’t enough power outlets for basic needs. The shower temperature was inconsistent, and the toilet had stability issues. A bit more attention to detail could have significantly enhanced the overall stay.

Lack of proper soundproofing!!! Room maintenance issues!!! Insufficient storage in bathrooms!!! No curtains leading to excess light!!! these factors hindered a pleasant experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff were incredibly helpful during my first stay, assisting with local info. I highly recommend it for your next city break!

My room was really nice, with a great view overlooking the entrance. It was super quiet, which I loved. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the high-quality linen. Oh, and the heating was on during the day, a bonus for the cooler nights! Can't forget the interesting book in the hall about the local linen houses. Really added to the stay!

Oh, mate! The handmade pasta at the nearby Safari Grill was out of this world, and I can't stop raving about it! Plus, had a chill night in the cozy bar/lounge area. Perfect for unwinding after a long day!

Yikes! The decor felt a bit outdated, and the shower situation was a nightmare—hello, cold water surprise! Oh, and that dead wasp on the windowsill? Not cute at all.
